Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Chamunda delivers lace and trim orders across India.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses within India only (all states and union territories served by our courier partners). We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  • We aim to pack and hand orders to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details by email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched (depending on the contact details you provide).

Delivery time

  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch for most pin codes.
  • Remote or hard-to-service areas may take longer.
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping charges

  • Free standard shipping on orders of ₹2,000 or more (before any discounts, where applicable).
  • For orders below ₹2,000, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery pin code.
  • Any shipping promotions shown on our website or announcement bar apply as stated at the time of order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available at eligible pin codes. When you select COD:

  • Payment is collected in cash (or as supported by the courier) at delivery.
  • The courier may verify your phone number and address before delivery.
  • Please keep the exact order amount ready. We cannot guarantee change availability.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or message. If tracking is not updated within 48 hours of dispatch notification, contact us at info@chamundalaces.com or WhatsApp +91 99999 99999.

Delivery issues

Damaged in transit: If your package arrives damaged, note it with the delivery agent if possible, take photos of the outer packaging and product, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Failed delivery / return to sender: If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal at delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost shipments: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

Delays beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier backlogs, weather, natural disasters, strikes, customs (if applicable in future), or other events outside our reasonable control.
